		<description>Yes, competition becomes a factor, but I think catering to the iPhone user and limiting development costs through a cooperative approach outweighs the competition issue. 

It also comes down to what type of restaurant you&#039;re talking about - if exclusivity is tied in with the brand, a standalone iPhone application makes sense.

Regardless, I think the first dozen restaurants to do it well will be ahead of restaurants that are left out.</description>
